Villa Snagov

On an empty besides the lake of Snagov in Romania we designed a luxury villa for Dutch client. On the ground floor we find the living- and working room, the kitchen and the master bedroom. On the first floor we find the sleeping rooms for children and guests. Because of the country climate we choose for a roof type with a large overhang to reduce the solar radiation in the summer. The building has an earthquake resistant construction.
