' Hof ter Hage ' (re-use project)

At the Kerkplein in The Hague is an old PTT building transformed into an apartment complex with 94 houses and shops. The building has an enclosed area which is located on the first floor. Underneath this area the supply of the shops take place and we find here a parking garage.

Via this courtyard are the entrances to the houses. In the courtyard we find the public garden of the building.

The project has been nominated for the National Renovation Award.
