10 houses at IJ-burg

On the ‘Kleine Rieteiland’ on IJ-Burg In Amsterdam we designed a residential block with 10 houses. The houses are built in split-level and are therefore very spatial. A number of residential functions are partially placed underneath the ground level. For the façade finish, the residents could choose out of different materials.
